Mixing and Mastering: After completion, you will get a mixed file.All the project files will be in our possession for 15 days after the successful delivery to the client, and after that, we will no longer have the file on us; hence, we will no longer be responsible for resending it after the above mentioned period.REFUNDS:We believe in keeping all our customers pleased and complacent. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with the results of our services, we are willing to make small changes and adjustments free of cost.
